It is not only good for your body but it is good for managing stress levels. Getting your body moving and shifting your focus can give you a quick boost in mood and provide an opportunity to get into a new frame of mind. Going to vacations: Taking a break from your studies or your work at regular routine can also reduce stress. Going to vacation to a place of your choice relaxes your mind and reduces the stress.
