Yup a bad day does not necessarily mean a bad life or even a bad week. We all have our ups and downs. That’s totally normal. Great post.

  Definitely, a day cannot decide your tomorrow or future. Also, I think Ups and downs are also necessary because this is what makes life meaningful.
